A while ago I was commissioned to create a hand drawn Back to the Future piece. It is one of my favorite pieces that I've ever done. I'm always a little tentative & intimidated by coloring things by hand, probably because I've become so reliant on the magical computer machine. However, I was extremely proud of the colors for this one piece but I always thought I could do it better. So I did (at least i think so). What do you guys think?

Adobe Illustrator CS4 | pen tool | feathering used for glow effect | custom brushes for some line linework | textures were created with noise filter overlayed on top of each shape on multiply
